Your tasks As Digital Marketing Analyst you are responsible for the following tasks: Define the analytics roadmap for the company and execute towards it Lead quantitative research into how we interact with our contact points, leads, partners and overall stakeholders in the different online and offline channels Develop appropriate KPIs and metrics to track the performance of the touchpoints and conversion funnel steps to identify improvement levers for our success rates Monitor budget distribution and MROI performance of activities and campaigns Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data Build dashboards to measure and track the performance across the channels – ensuring accuracy and a single source of truth Promote the adoption of analytics / KPIs to generate transparency on performance and accountability across the organization Your profile Personality: You are eager to work in an environment of entrepreneurial minds. You are characterized as a person with good problem solving and strong communication skills. You have the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions as well as the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply. Work practice: Your working style can be described as collaborative, autonomous, proactive and structured. Experience: You have experience with data analysis, e.g. good knowledge of Google Analytics, SQL, Excel and proficiency in data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau. You are familiar with digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization UX, SEO & landing page optimization with knowledge of key digital marketing KPIs (CPC/CACs etc.). Know-How: You have worked in a digital team before – preferably in a startup environment.
